Hip Hop Week In Review: Gucci Mane, Pusha T & Troy Ave

    This week in Hip Hop, Gucci Mane released his first post-prison single, “First Day Out Tha Feds.” Elsewhere this week, Pusha T let loose the first single off his forthcoming King Push album and lastly, Troy Ave was dealt another blow regarding his alleged involvement in the shooting that transpired at T.I.’s show at Irving Plaza in New York City last month.

    Gucci Mane’s “First Day Out Tha Feds” Does 1.6 Million Streams In 2 Days

    Just 24 hours after his release from prison, Gucci Mane dropped a new track titled “First Day Out Tha Feds.”

    The Mike WiLL Made-It-produced song brought in 1.7 million SoundCloud streams in a little over two days, with more than one million of those coming in the first 24 hours of the song’s release.

    Pusha T & Jay Z Trade Cocaine Bars On “Drug Dealers Anonymous”

    Pusha T unleashed the first single off his long-awaited album, King Push, earlier this week.

    The track, which is titled “Drug Dealers Anonymous,” features none other than Rap maestro Jay Z, for what serves as the pair’s first official collaboration.
