HipHopDX Premiere: Following his recent visit to Los Angeles for BET Weekend, Scotty ATL has been anything but unproductive. In his new video for “Kudos,” he is deep in the trenches of a marijuana grow house. Produced by Drumma Boy, the track comes from Scotty’s recent mixtape Who Shot Cupid?, and tells the tale of rising to the top and how those who doubted Scotty all of a sudden want a piece of the action.
The burgeoning rapper is no stranger to the cannabis industry — he has two strains of Marijuana (Cloud IX and QuriousGeorge) — which are both available at Dab Co, a Denver, Colorado-based dispensary where the video was shot.
