HipHopDX Premiere: After sharing the audio of his “To The Top” single with Kevin Gates earlier this week, Midwest rapper Billy Dha Kidd has followed up with the visuals for the track. Taken from his upcoming album, From Struggles To Success, “To The Top” harnesses his three self-imposed rules: “Believe, Proceed, Succeed.”
With guest vocals from Gates, the single is a strong effort and showcases Kidd’s potential. The video follows the pair on some kind of late night mission involving stacks of Benjamins, fancy cars, and a man with a bag over his head being shoved into the trunk of a car (hmmmm).
From Struggles to Success is expected in early 2017 and features Baby Bash, SPM, Chalie Boy, Glasses Malone, and of course, Gates. “To The Top” is available for purchase here.
