Young Thug and Future‘s follow-up to their 2017 collab album Super Slimey looks like it’s on the way – if a post from producer Wheezy is any indication.
Earlier this week, Wheezy shared a photo from the studio on his Instagram Story that showed fellow producer ATL Jacob working on the piano with a neon sign behind him that reads Super Slimey 2.
It doesn’t seem like it could get any more obvious than a full sign dedicated to the project, but nothing has been confirmed just yet.
The pair first announced a sequel back in 2019 in a post to the official YSL page, and at the time named Gunna and Lil Baby as additional participants – though it’s quite likely the Gunna involvement has since changed.

Super Slimey was released in October 2017 and debuted at No 2 on the Billboard 200 chart after moving 75,200 total album equivalent units in its first week.

Meanwhile, Young Thug has finally released his first new music offering since being released from jail.
The YSL rapper marks his return on “Dum, Dumb & Dumber,” which is taken from Lil Baby‘s newly-released album WHAM and also features Future.
Thugger’s contribution to the hard-hitting, Wheezy-produced track finds him addressing his two-and-a-half-year stint behind bars for the first time.
“Yeah, n-gga, King Spider back / I don’t even believe I was locked up, for real, for real / I was havin’ my way the whole time, fool, you know what I’m sayin’?” he brags.

“Dum, Dumb & Dumber” was first teased by Young Thug in November, shortly after he secured his freedom by striking a plea deal in his long-running YSL RICO case.
“Wham let’s drop one on these rats peter,” he wrote on X, referring to Lil Baby by his nickname (while also alluding to the rampant snitching allegations that had surrounded the case).
The 4PF boss appeared to reply on his Instagram Stories, posting a video soundtracked by his and Thug’s 2020 collaboration “We Should.”
