Young Thug has released his first new music offering since being released from jail.
The YSL rapper marks his return on “Dum, Dumb & Dumber,” which is taken from Lil Baby‘s newly-released album WHAM and also features fellow Atlanta heavyweight Future.

Thugger’s contribution to the hard-hitting, Wheezy-produced track finds him addressing his two-and-a-half-year stint behind bars for the first time.
“Yeah, n-gga, King Spider back / I don’t even believe I was locked up, for real, for real / I was havin’ my way the whole time, fool, you know what I’m sayin’?” he brags.
“Dum, Dumb & Dumber” was first teased by Young Thug in November, shortly after he secured his freedom by striking a plea deal in his long-running YSL RICO case.
“Wham let’s drop one on these rats peter,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter), referring to Lil Baby by his nickname (while also alluding to the rampant snitching allegations that had surrounded the case).

The 4PF boss appeared to reply on his Instagram Stories, posting a video soundtracked by his and Thug’s 2020 collaboration “We Should.”
He then wrote a welcome home message to the YSL leader, saying: “I missed you mf!!!! Welcome home my brudda! Thank God you able to get back to your fam in good health and spirits! Wish ya none but billions jack! #whatwhamsaysgoes.”
Lil Baby recently revealed that he could have joined Young Thug behind bars as he was at his mansion just hours before he was arrested in May 2022.
Speaking to Lil Yachty on his A Safe Place podcast, Baby said: “What people don’t know and I don’t even tell people — I could’ve been with him. I was at his house the same day. Thank God I just happened to leave two hours early.

“That’ll fuck your head up more than anything. Like, ‘Damn, I gotta see bro go through this [and] that shit really could have been me.'”
He added: “A n-gga had to change they whole life around. [This is] not even my rap peer; this is my everyday [friend]. These are n-ggas I grew up with.”

One rapper who was arrested alongside Thug was fellow YSL artist Gunna, who has been plagued with snitching allegations — including from Lil Baby — ever since he agreed his own plea deal in late 2022.
