Saweetie Takes ‘Fast (Motion)’ Slander In Stride

Saweetie has given her legion of icy girls plenty of ammunition for the summer. After a fun, playful star turn in the Call Of Duty: Warzone season 3 trailer, the Bay Area native went video game style for her “Fast (Motion)” video, but not with the same results.

Most fans took account of the numerous sports scenes in the video, including Saweetie’s touchdown run similar to the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises and the opening scene where she’s running on a track very unnaturally.

Comedic duo ItsTheReal quickly pointed out the moment on Friday (May 7), asking the Icy Gang leader a crucial question.

“Is this her first time running?” they asked.

A good sport, Saweetie responded to ItsTheReal with a little behind-the-scenes moment revealing it was all a little green screen magic.

“LMAOOOOO it’s not but y’all can roast me it was 4am on a mini treadmill I thought I was finna fall off,” Saweetie wrote.

Saweetie has proven she has some athletic skill in previous vlogs such as one in August 2020 when she decided to throw a football at a friend. In true Icy Girl nature, the “Tap In” rapper delivered a booty shake to the camera before dropping back and delivering a picture-perfect spiral.

Saweetie Goes Back To High School For 'Slow Clap' With Gwen Stefani

“Fast (Motion)” is the latest single from Saweetie following the release of “Slow Clap” with Gwen Stefani and “Best Friend” with Doja Cat. Of the two 2021 singles, “Best Friend” has already earned Saweetie a gold plaque from the Recording Industry Association of America.

    1. she got a fruity name. imagine some of these keyboard warriors trying to pronounce her name ” sa sweetay!”

    2. A lot of insignificant information about a lot of wack artists gets posted on this site, but this time yall might have gone too far. That is one of the worst songs I’ve ever heard in my life. It’s my first time clicking on a Saweetie video, and from what I heard, she makes the girl from the “It’s So Cold in the D” video sound like Rakim. Shame on you. Stop posting her music.
