We have now entered the 1st Quarter of 2013. It’s an arguably confusing time to be releasing music, considering artists now feel that have an entire year’s worth of leeway to drop their projects so dates are always subject to change. With A$AP Rocky’s LongLiveA$AP coming next week, the year is already off to a strong start. Those expecting Joe Budden’s No Love Lost on January 22nd will have to wait a few more weeks. The project was moved to February 5th, sharing that date with Brotha Lynch Hung’s Mannibalector. A week before that though, we see Dead Prez bringing Information Age, the same date as Ill Bill’s The Grimy Awards, Uptown XO’s digital release of Colour de Grey and Oh No’s Disrupted Ads. Jumping ahead to March, Tyga finally plans to bring Hotel California, though no set date has been announced. Raekwon is also prepping F.I.L.A. (Fly International Luxurious Art) and Danny Brown is almost done with Old; details coming soon.

New Joe Budden, Brotha Lynch, Raekwon & a new LL Cool J album this year
Nice sh*t
Uhh dude it looks like you accidentally listed LL Cool J alongside that list of potentially good albums. You might want to delete that in case someone thinks you’re being serious.
I am being serious, but you already knew that
And go ahead, start talking about his songs that weren’t great
Just know that LL has at least 10 classic tracks against 1 weak track
That man is a true Hip Hop Icon, not just IMO (look at his body of work)
And btw, the album title indicates there is nothing to worry about
I hope, haha
LL Cool J = a DOPE MC
LL hasn’t had a good album in 23 years lol
Agreed with “Hip Hop please”… There’s no reason LL’s album can’t be dope.
^^Have you heard LL’s Ratchet song?! That gives me all the reason I need to believe that album will be garbage.

STUPID CUNT JUDGING AN ARTIST ON ONE SONG HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS & LEGENDS CUNT!
Hip Hop please, there is no need to remind me of LL’s icon status. I own every one of his albums and his early work is some of the greatest rap ever made. But let’s face it, he hasn’t put out an album worth a damn since Mr. Smith, and that was like what, ’96? Every new one he puts out, like a sucker, hoping there will be some of tthat old magic on there. Same thing I do with Ice Cube. But there is never more than a moment or two.
I hope this time is different, but to seriously expect it to be would pretty be stupidity. Hopefully I am pleasantly surprised, in whch case feel free to come back here and say told you so. Ain’t gonna happen tho.
Ill Bill is pushed back to Feb. 26th
