Nas Shares ‘King’s Disease 2’ Tracklist Featuring Eminem, Lauryn Hill & Blxst

After announcing the album just a week ago, Nas has wasted no time in revealing more details about King’s Disease II.

On Tuesday (August 3), God’s Son took to Instagram to unveil the official tracklist for his upcoming thirteenth LP, which serves as the sequel to last year’s Grammy Award-winning King’s Disease.

The 15-track project, due out Friday (August 6), boasts a supporting cast that’s likely able to whet the appetite of any Hip Hop fan.

Guest spots come from fellow rap veterans Eminem, Lauryn Hill and EPMD, as well as current favorites such as YG, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and 2021 HipHopDX Rising Star Blxst.

Charlie Wilson, who co-starred on the King’s Disease cut “Car #85,” and Hit-Boy, who executive produced both King’s Disease and King’s Disease II, also make appearances.

Lauryn Hill’s cameo on the song “Nobody” marks a long-awaited reunion between Nas and the former Fugees first lady, who famously teamed up on 1996’s It Was Written track “If I Ruled the World (Imagine That).”

Meanwhile, “EPMD 2” — the follow-up to Nas and Hit-Boy’s Judas and the Black Messiah soundtrack cut — serves as the first-ever official collaboration between Nas and Eminem. Up until now, the pair have only appeared together on bootleg songs and unreleased tracks.

Fittingly enough, “EPMD 2” also features EPMD, the legendary Hip Hop duo comprised of Erick Sermon and Parish Smith who released a series of classic albums in the late ’80s and early ’90s.

Released almost a year ago in August 2020, King’s Disease debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and won Best Rap Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, earning Nas his first Grammy.

It remains to be seen whether Nas’ King’s Disease II will be going up against Kanye West’s Donda, which is also scheduled to arrive on August 6 — pending any further delays, of course.

    1. Nas stay working with whack ass new rappers who the fuck is blxt or whatever the fuck his name is?yg and aboogie suck and so does hitboy on the beats and nas got him doing all the beats again

    2. I hope and pray A Boogie and Eminem don’t ruin the album. Please no annoying syllable ish and weird voices, just rap normal Eminem…Please. A Boogie’s voice is weird and annoying…I’m sure that was Hit Boy’s idea. smh I’m skeptical of YG and Hit Boy (Rapping?) as well, but they’re not the worst rappers in the world so the songs might be decent.

        1. Hes 100 percent right, em’s wierd voiced and super double time verses make his music unlistenable. He just need to lay back and flow you dont have to have the most complicated verse every time

          1. A good example is the Conway feature he did, there he effed up that song . But EM is a legend still though so I’m optimistic for this feature.. Damn it’s NAS, EPMD AND EMINEM!!

          1. Dominick Antron Wickliffe, better known by his stage names Crooked I and Kxng Crooked, is an American rapper from Long Beach, California. He is best known as a former member of the hip hop supergroup Slaughterhouse with other members Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5’9″.

    3. I would have been super excited for the Em collaboration in like 02-05. Couldn’t care less now. Em will do a crazy complicated verse that outshines Nas so badly that the track will feel extremely off balance and therefore lose all entertainment value.

      1. The only problem I have with Eminem verses (especially when he’s featured) is they’re extremely long. Longer doesn’t always mean better.

      2. Em outshining Nas?!? lol nahh em fell off years ago…now he just tries to raps like a less polished tech n9ne. Nas has evolved and is arguably rapping better than he has in yearsss.

        1. Nas is more relaxed and conversational. He’s done set the blueprint for a plethora of lyricists. He’s just Flows and and style now

      3. You have bumped your head sir! NAS is the Goat he has no fear. New York is the Mecca… Nobody seeing Nas Escobar!!!

    4. Would trade em, boogie and yg for RTJ and Dave east. He’s got those guys in his stable so don’t know why he doesnt use them.

    5. i find it hard to rock with venture capitalist-era Nas but glad he’s inspired. was hoping he’d get away from hit-boy too, but it is what it is…

    6. Hit boy sucks. Wtf. Even his drop is annoying. And Boogie? I’ll probably only hear that song on my first listen and never again lol

    7. Hope Em raps on it like he did on that kid cudi song… we already know you can rap fast, no need for that here lol

    8. How the hell are Eminem and Nas going to sound together? And you know Lauryn hill is bullshit that em is on the album lolz

    9. When I saw the track list for the first kd, I was disappointed but the album was pretty good, Hope I get surprised again. cause this tracklist seems blah

    10. I remember seeing the tracklist for King’s Disease and seeing Blue Benz and Car 85, like “oh he’s being materialistic now…” Those ended up being my favourite songs on the album, with the latter being one of my fav Nas songs ever. Excited for this one.

    11. No mention of the versuz battle anywhere on this website. Yall phony as fuck this website ain’t hip hop just a bunch of eminem fans

    12. I swear Nas fans will always be the biggest cry babies, hit-boy is no premo of course, but he did good with 2020 Nas, let’s see how the follow up goes, I’m tuned in.
