Max B Says His 75-Year Prison Sentence Has Been Reduced To 12

Max B may be behind bars, but his attitude is extremely positive considering his circumstances. In 2009, the French Montana affiliate was sentenced to 75 years in prison for conspiracy charges pertaining to armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and felony murder.

But according to a recent Instagram post, Max B’s sentence has been significantly reduced.

“They gave me 75, got it chopped to a 20 then got it down to a dozen,” he captioned a photo of himself in his prison uniform. “nigga I’m good with the money. #SUPERBAD.”

The #SUPERBAD hashtag refers to his recently released single, “Superbad” featuring his Coke Waves collaborator. The track comes from the duo’s latest mixtape, Coke Waves 4.

In April, French said he was trying to free Max B with the legal help of reality television queen Kim Kardashian who has been taking steps to become a lawyer like her famous father, the late Robert Kardashian.

“Just watching Kylie become a billionaire and watching certain people just break certain records, it makes you feel like the land of where dreams come true,” French said. “I mean, life is like a mirror sometimes. And sometimes a lot of people don’t see the good that they do, like as far as Kim.

“Me and Kim was talking about getting Max B home from jail. ‘Cause she’s doing the whole thing with ….  So, like for her to even reach out and do that I felt like that was powerful. A lot of people don’t see things like that.”

If Max B’s sentence has been reduced to 12 years, he should be out of prison by 2021.

      1. Is it a comeback tho, if you never made it in the 1st place?

Also, not very wise publicly bragging about money and getting sentence reductions, especially while you’re still in the pen.

      2. Shyne fucked up by switching his voice. Dude had crazy bars when he came out but wasted them with his wack delivery.

      1. Nah. The “First Step Act” pushed by Jared Kushner, backed by Trump, actually is attempting to get offenders out of prison early, of course, only those who have good behavior, and show remorse for their past actions. It’s a real push to give people a Second Chance. 5,000 people have already been let out due to this bill, which was essentially to combat the 1994 Clinton Crime bill, which Joe Biden supported, and locked up insane amounts of black men. People can hate on Trump all they want, but policy wise, what he is doing is actually helpful for black Americans, and will be a good thing. Not just black Americans either. I’m not sure if this bill is directly helping Max B, but it is, and has already helped thousands of men. I saw this dude with Trump who had life in prison, and he was so thankful to be given a second chance! He was crying, and so joyful. Some people in prisons are monsters, but a decent portion of people just made a single life mistake, and aren’t repeat offenders. I understand throwing the book at repeat offenders, but in most cases, think criminals deserve a second chance, depending on the crime obviously.

        1. They’re just replacing the blacks in prison with Mexicans. Don’t ever think anything Trump does is about anything but money. I’m not saying it’s bad, I’m not saying it’s good, but with him it is always about money, 100% of the time. So let’s not act like this is his morality at work.

          1. If it was ALWAYS 100% about the money, then why would Trump administration give away millions to states that have natural disasters? It’s not like spending taxpayer money or not has anything to do with Trumps personal wealth. His personal wealth has decreased by 25% since taking office. And he spent millions of his own cash on his campaign, and donates his presidential salary to different causes each quarterly salary. So, if he purely cared about money, he should stop donating his salary, and should take back control of his companies, rather than having others run them.

        2. You’re talking to the wrong crowd on here, most black people don’t know shit about policies and laws. They hate Trump because they were told to hate him by the media, ask a black person to name 3 policies from Obama that directly helped the black community they won’t be able to answer you. All they know is Blue is good, Red is bad. There’s nothing any Republican can do to convince black people that conservative policies will do more for them long term than liberal politiciies such as let’s have an abortion clinic on every block in the ghetto because old white man hate black woman so let’s stick it to the old racists by having all the abortions we want. Democrats created and administer the policy of expand the scope of minorities to the point were black people don’t get anything from their fight for civil rights.

          1. Anytime someone speaks sense then there comes an idiot. Whatever happens there will be republicans and democrats. Everyone can’t be a democrat and vice versa. I’m 100% black and have never like the democrats. And I don’t like the republicans either. At least the replicants are straight with their racism and what not. They don’t pretend to be the perfect friend. Democrats are responsible for mass incarceration with that stupid 3 strike rule purposely made for blacks if you study it critically. At the end of the day. They are the same. Same book just a different page. Never think all blacks are democrats. That is very stupid and stereotypical. But the rethuglicans aren’t saints either. Choosing a particular party to support no matter what is ignorance and you don’t have a direct benefit. Better to go on the side of who you believe in when you have to vote.

    1. Can someone explain to me how rappers make songs in prison? I’ve never understood this. How do they even tweet and get these messages out? There’s something not right about this situation. I think there are a few rappers that are really working for the government. French Montana might be one of them.

      1. They usually have people handling their social media accounts and websites. And they get very few equipments to work with not from the government but mostly illegally. He’s not the first to record in prison. Rappers have been doing it since the 90.

    2. I bet the feds cut him a deal so he can get into other rappers circles and snitch on them. That’s why Ti got a deal and Wayne too. The hip-hop police are always 10 steps ahead.

      1. Who did T.I. snitch on? Just curious, I always found it strange that he somehow only managed to get a year inside!

    3. Stupid people think he snitched. Yall don’t even know what an appeal is and how this shit works. 75 years was exaggerated for Max B. He wasn’t there, people that do it snitched him. Yall don’t know the story. This site full of stupid kids and trolls. And he can record music in prison cause there is a studio for everybody not only for him.

      1. Oh yeah because unlike everyone else here you was there and you also work the case with his attorney huh ? FOH

    4. “She’s so bad I make her hit the telly from a taxi and dead her in that Holiday Inn, learned that from Max-B.”

    5. But 6ix9ine is a rat? Lmao gtfoh if yall let this guy and French get away for cooperating with the feds then don’t ever talk shit about codes.

    6. So many pump fakes around Max’s release. Just let us know the day before he walks out them gates

      1. And fans are always wasting time thinking anyone gives a fuck about their opinion online. The circle of life.

      1. Bitching online.. so all you bitch ass dudes crying in the comment section better watch out!

      2. Murder. He orchestrated a botched robbery. He didn’t pull the trigger, though. He wasn’t even in the vicinity when it happened.

    7. This bozo the clown lookin azz bum isn’t ever getting out. He was there and even after appeals he’s still guilty. Throw him under the place he’s worthless to society
