BET launched a new tv show this week called BET: Testimony. It’s similar to Muchmusic’s intimate and interactive series, where an artist is invited in for a lengthy and personal interview. The show premiered this week with its first guest Sade.
On March 20, the show will feature Snoop Dogg. Ads are already running on BET for the episode, and it promises to be an eyeopener. Their pitch is “get inside the mind of one of hip-hop’s legends.” Snoop will discuss his highly-publicized yet shaded move from Death Row to No Limit. He will also talk about his beef with Suge Knight and about gangsterism.
