Chance The Rapper and his now-ex-wife Kirsten Corley have officially reached a settlement in their divorce.

According to documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday (January 9), the pair filed in Cook County, Illinois last week to let the court know they have come to an agreement for their divorce settlement, with Corley confirming she accepts it “as a fair and equitable resolution.”

Details of the agreement have not yet been released, however, and a judge still has to officially sign off.

Corley filed for divorce in December after five years of marriage and a total of 14 years together.

Upon their separation in the spring, the couple issued a joint statement on Chance’s Instagram Stories to inform the public about their split.

“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways,” the statement reads. “We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.

“God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together. We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition. Thank you, Chance & Kirsten.”

The pair got married in 2019 and have two young daughters together, Kensli and Marli. Their wedding ceremony took place at the Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, California, with 150 of their closest friends and family in attendance.

Their marriage, however, was not without its issues.

Back in 2022, the Acid Rap hitmaker began trending on Twitter after fans discovered that he’d been interacting with explicit content that featured trans men and women.

In response, Corley took to Instagram to directly address the “trolls” for harassing her husband and said: “Y’all really be reaching. He’s never going to address this, but all I have to say is we were at an event all night last night — not last night, the night before last, until late. We were celebrating, so, sometimes shit happens on accident.”

Before ending the video, she added: “So, all y’all little trolls coming to my page that are getting blocked, y’all can go to hell.”
