Rick Ross isn’t happy that someone is using his “Boss” trademark to promote an upcoming event featuring some prominent names.

According to TMZ, The Biggest Bawse is gearing up to take legal action against Tiffany McIntosh for using his moniker to promote her I’m The Biggest Boss Conference, which takes place October 13-16 in Houston.

Rick Ross is urging McIntosh to change the event’s name as he believes it causes brand confusion with his own Boss Up Conference — which took place back in September — and bites his songs “The Boss” and “Push It.” He has also asked her to stop using his music to promote the event.

The Biggest Boss Conference will feature an array of star-studded guests including Master P, Romeo Miller and actor Vivica Fox.

Rozay wanted McIntosh to give him a decision by Wednesday (October 5), but according to sources (via TMZ), McIntosh has no intention of changing the title and will proceed with the event as planned.

Meanwhile, Rick Ross has been keeping busy with multiple new side hustles. In addition to building his Wing Stop franchise empire, the Miami mogul recently launched a new cigarette business with his own line of hemp-related products.

The Biggest Bawse recently announced he was partnering with Hempacco to launch Hemp Hop Smokables, a product offering hemp cigarettes, smoking paper, and alternatives to nicotine tobacco.

“I truly believe in the health benefits of hemp-derived products,” Ross said in a statement. “Having had my own health scares, and through my healing process, I decided I would develop a line of smokables to help others with the benefits of hemp cannabinoids.”
