1096 Gang are kicking it old school in their latest somber track, “Break The Loop,” featuring frequent collaborator Trvmata and produced by Asiaboi and Guddisc.
The Mike Gem Tolentino-helmed visual features members Guddhist Gunatita, Youngwise, and Ghetto Gecko rapping about fair-weathered friends and rising above hate.
“Break The Loop” is a departure from the Mandaluyong-based crew’s more upbeat style and antics-driven visuals. The accompanying video for the latest single shows 1096 Gang and their friends skateboarding through fire, among other things.
Last month, they released “IMOUT,” their follow-up cypher to their breakout hit, “Pajama Gang.”
