Swedish attorney Henrik Olssen Lilja, who first represented A$AP Rocky in his assault case, was reportedly shot in Stockholm on Friday morning (September 6).
According to Forbes, multiple people have already been rounded up for questioning.
Lilja was shot in the head and chest and had to call the police himself. Emergency services responded at 8:59 local time and he was rushed to a nearby hospital in an ambulance.
Police are investigating the incident as an “isolated incident” and it’s unclear if Lilja was targeted because of his work. Witnesses say they saw a person wrestle with the Lilja in a stairwell before he was shot and used a neighbor’s phone to contact police. The shooter has been identified as a man.

“The police have arrested several people for questioning,” the Swedish Police Authority said. “The investigation is at an intense stage and the police are working on several different fronts to make progress.”
Authorities have already arrested a woman, believed to be a senior lawyer, who was previously banned from contacting Lilja. Meanwhile, a black SUV was spotted at the scene but sped away. Officers are looking for the vehicle.
Rocky was arrested while in Stockholm earlier this summer for an alleged assault on Mustafa Jafari. After roughly a month behind bars, the A$AP Mob rapper was found guilty but finally allowed to return to the United States.

He was ordered pay a fine to Jafari in the amount of SEK 12,500, which translates to roughly $1,300 in U.S. dollars. During the hearing, a judge concluded the charges against Rocky weren’t as serious as presented by prosecutors and required no more prison time.
Lilja’s condition is currently unknown.
