50 Cent surprisingly took a break from harassing Ja Rule and Young Buck on Instagram to promote the upcoming sixth season of Power. The relentless, nearly professional internet troll hopped on his favorite social media platform to reveal a teaser for the popular STARZ show.

In the process, he plugged the premiere’s release date.

“This is the real deal POWER is #1 tell a friend to tell a friend,” he captioned the video. “Aug 25 we are back.”

Mr. Curtis Jackson also announced a partnership with R&B powerhouse Mary J. Blige would take part in aPower spin-off series called Power Book II: Ghost in the near future.

“I had to bring something big to POWER,” 50 captioned a photo of himself with Blige. “I went and got the best @therealmaryjblige to star in ‘POWER book ll’ the show must go on.”

During the TCA mega-panel on Friday (July 26), Power executive producers Courtney Kemp and Fiddy explained the premise of the newly-hatched show.

Although 50 said otherwise last month, Season 6 is expected to be the final season.
