New York City, NY

In the ongoing $1 million lawsuit against them, Migos not only deny stealing clothes from designer Marcus Clark but also want the entire case thrown out.

Clark initially sued the rap trio in 2017 over unreturned clothing and accessories he allegedly loaned them for R&B singer Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions” music video. The designer is suing them $20,000 for the clothing and accessories, $400,000 for general damages and another $600,000 for special damages.

According to The Blast, Migos claim they paid the designer for the items and deny committing any fraud. Quavo and Takeoff were ordered by a judge to give their depositions regarding the lawsuit last month.
