According to Dailybreeze.com, the Notorious B.I.G.’s family are filing yet another lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles. However, this time it’s not just his mother. Voletta Wallace is joined by Faith Evans and Biggie’s two children.

The family filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, April 16th against the city and two LAPD officers who were involved in the Rampart scandal.

The lawsuit claims that B.I.G., born Christopher Wallace, was killed “in a very efficient, organized and professional manner, suggesting that a high degree of coordination and planning preceded his murder.”

According to attorney Bradley C. Gage, the new suit involves state-related claims. The complaint names former Rampart anti-gang officed Rafael Perez and former partner Nino Durden as co-defendants.

The lawsuit states that Perez and Durden were on duty the night Wallace was killed, and that Perez admitted to the LAPD that he and officer David Mack “conspired to murder, and participated in the murder of Christopher Wallace.”

The lawsuit then goes on to say that despite that knowledge, that LAPD “consciously concealed Rafael Perez’s
involvement in the murder of … Wallace.”
