The plus-size model who accused Future of enacting a “no fatties” rule at a Miami club is reportedly taking legal action. According to Buzzfeed, Montreal native Naomie Chaput was in Miami for a photo shoot when she attempted to attend the Future event.

Her publicist Daniel Bouabdo said they were essentially told it would be a waste of time.

“She was on her way there and they were in contact with the promoter who had arranged for them to go to the club,” Bouabdo said. “[The promotor said] don’t even bother coming. Future asked for no fatties.”

Following the alleged incident, Chaput went on a social media tirade and was in disbelief she was discriminated against because of her size.

Future appeared to address the situation on Twitter, seemingly denying he ever issued a “no fatties” directive to the Miami promoters.

“U lied on my name,” he allegedly wrote. “U should’ve said story told u that shit.” After she explained she was simply attempting to clear up the situation, he allegedly continued to accuse her of being a liar.

As a result, Nao and Bouabdo are now pursuing legal action. They’ve hired a law firm in Miami but was advised not to discuss specifics of the case.

A plus-size model named Nao is coming for Future’s throat after he allegedly banned “fatties” from a Miami club.

The woman took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday (February 28) and claimed the Atlanta rap star allegedly gave promoters a strict directive.

“Just got news that this is true that Future said ‘No fatties in the club’ and he has all the rights to do so in Miami,” she said. “This is just a regular club so I’m just trying to understand really why this is a thing. Why is he allowed to put those rules in place? The discrimination is insane to me.

“And it’s not like I wanted to see Future personally because I don’t give a dam about no fucking rappers but it’s the fact that it’s a thing in 2019 where we can say, ‘No fatties in the club.’ Oh my god. This is crazy. This is insane.”

Nao later added, “And [middle finger emoji] all the other rappers and club owners who function this way. How insecure, disgusting and fat phobic do you have to be to just deny all plus size girls from going to the fucking club?

Future has yet to respond to the allegations.
