Danish R&B Duo WIINSTON, made of longtime friends Daniel Richards and Alfred Thomas, have released a slinky and seductive music video for their single “Angelina.” The track comes from their recently released project Midnight Rocket through Copenhagen Records.
The late-night, atmospheric aesthetics of the bubbling group’s “Angelina” visual was co-directed by Christian Lønhart and Richards, himself.
It displays an endearing love story between two “astronauts” who express their love as a cosmic infinite, unbounded by time or space.
“Midnight Rocket is a slideshow based on the past 1-5 years of our lives,” WIINSTON says of the project. “Every picture projected shows emotions, situations and relations connected to the ‘space travel’ we’ve embarked on. This project must be considered in its entirety – like a movie. It’s love, lust, life, death, happiness, depression and fast cars. Don’t just watch a single scene.”
