Jada was arrested back in October, when police officers stopped the D-Block rep. Apparently, the officers smelled marijuana and upon further search, found a weapon.
J’s lawyer, Clement Patti isn’t convinced.

“I have yet to see or hear of any evidence connecting my client to possessing this weapon,” he noted.
According to Patti,

If convicted, Kiss could face 16 months to 7 years in prison. Two of the others who were arrested with Jadakiss face the same charges.
