Young Money has ignited a social media fire storm after posting what appears to be the cover art for Lil Wayne’s long awaited album, Tha Carter V.
On Wednesday (September 12), Young Money tweeted the art along with the caption, “Put them 5s up!!!”
Hot 97 reports the album is expected to drop on September 21, although Weezy’s camp hasn’t officially confirmed the release date.

Tha Carter V is almost like folklore at this point. After multiple delays due to Wayne’s legal issues with Cash Money CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams, it’s going to be a miracle when the album actually does arrive.
Wayne won a small victory against Cash Money back in June. In an agreement between Wayne, Universal Records and Cash Money, Weezy is no longer part of the label and will receive a payout of over $10 million.
Social media is already running with Tha Carter V release date rumors after boxer Floyd Mayweather shared an Instagram post with a giant red “V” and the caption “#21″ under it.
