Cardi B gave birth to her daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus on Wednesday (July 11), and the congratulations are rolling in for her and husband Offset.
Although there have been a plethora of well-wishes on social media, a number of people are in disbelief over the couple naming their child Kulture. The name was even trending worldwide at one point on Twitter.
