It appears West Coast wordsmith The Game is a man of his word. Over two years ago, he declared a woman who won a lawsuit against him “WILL NEVER see $10,000,000 or anything close 2 a penny of my money.” That woman, Priscilla Rainey, has yet to see a dime.

According to the Chicago Tribune, an attorney for Rainey, who won a $7.1 million sexual battery lawsuit against The Game in 2016, has been unsuccessful in getting information about The Game’s assets and income from his attorneys.

In newly filed documents, the woman’s attorney alleges The Game is “concealing substantial amounts of income and assets.”

The Game was accused of inappropriately touching the woman’s buttocks and genital area several times during taping for the VH1 dating show She’s Got Game.

Rainey subsequently took him to court and the 2016 trial ended with a federal jury ordering The Game to pay Rainey $7.1 million out of the $10 million she was originally seeking. Rainey was awarded a default judgment after The Game didn’t respond to the initial suit. He said he was not properly served the papers for the case and was in the Netherlands at the time of the hearing.

The Game has adamantly asserted his innocence and has no desire to pay up.

Last year, he reportedly filed a $20 million negligence lawsuit against Viacom — VH1’s parent company. The suit is currently pending in a California federal court.

A new hearing has been scheduled for Thursday (March 15) in Chicago’s U.S. District Court. [apple_news_ad type=”any”]
