XXXTENTACION Faces 8 More Felonies For Witness Tampering

XXXTENTACION’s legal woes keep getting more complicated. After finding himself behind bars again last Friday (December 15) on seven new felony charges, the controversial figure was hit with eight more regarding witness tampering.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the alleged tampering took place in October 2016 around the time he was arrested for domestic abuse. While X was locked up, he made phone calls that were recorded and produced the evidence for these new charges.

X is being held without bail and his phone privileges have been revoked. His next court date is scheduled for January 24.

XXXTENTACION was sent to jail Friday morning (December 15) after prosecutors hit him with seven new charges in relation to his 2016 domestic violence case, according to TMZ.

The new counts, which are all felonies, reportedly include different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment.

As reported earlier this month, X’s legal team submitted a document claiming his ex-girlfriend – who he allegedly assaulted when she was pregnant with his child last year – no longer wanted him to be prosecuted. But those overseeing the case told the judge they didn’t believe the statement was legitimate, thus leading prosecutors to pursue charges of witness tampering and witness harassment, which  — out of all of his charges — carry the stiffest legal penalties.

At a hearing in Miami-Dade County on Friday morning, the judge told X he’d violated his bond from his initial arrest and the 17 rapper was sent straight to jail. He’s reportedly being held without bail.

X is facing a bevy of charges, including aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering. If convicted, he faces decades in prison.

    1. What X did is deplorable, no doubt. But locking him up is just gonna destroy his life. The man clearly has problems psychologically. Why not help this man and rehabilitate him? He strikes me as someone who has no control or remorse over his impulsive emotions. Something like that isn’t fixed through punishment, but treatment. X is tremendously talented, but a conflicted fucked up person nonetheless.

      1. He strikes me as a man who doesnt want help ands kinda like a juggalo f a g g o t who thinks its cool to be crazy deserves every bit he gets

      2. Fuck you pussy boy, the only way this fool will learn is by taking multiple hard dicks in the ass every day for the next 20-30 years of his life

        1. Hatred and arrogance breeds more hatred and arrogance. Rehabitation can save lives. Punishment destroys them. Keep your Twitter fingers to yourself

    2. i don’t wish jail on nobody but if he’s guilty of strangling a pregnant woman with his child he can’t go back to the streets as a free man, this guy obviously has demons in his soul, the only way he can get better is doing 20 years

    3. This dude had it all. Found his shit last year and have been a fan since. Sucks to see him behind bars again. But when you go something wrong, expect consequences

    4. Ow we just need that clown pedo rapist 6ix 9ine and the other Joto Lil’ Pump locked up. Russel simmons libtard PC hypocrite ass too. LOL. If Drake could only be put in prison for being a closet homosexual, that would round out the list of how to save Hip-Hop.

    5. this is what happens when you choose to not pay attention to how laws effect our lives. Sad for this kid, but he wildin anyway, get it how you live. Live wild, get wild consequences
