Chicago rapper Lil Mouse, who emerged on the drill scene as a teen and beefed with the polarizing Slim Jesus, has been the victim of a shooting. According to Fake Shore Drive, a publicist for Mouse has revealed that he was shot in the leg over the weekend.
The shooting reportedly took place on Sunday (October 29) on the South Side of Chicago. The 18-year-old MC is expected to make a full recovery.
Mouse’s social media accounts have been relatively quiet following this weekend’s shooting. Specifics on the shooting are also scarce.

This isn’t the first time Mouse has found himself in the midst of a shooting.
In 2013, seven people were shot during a Mouse and King Samson performance in Chicago. He was not among those injured as a result of the shooting though.
