It took a little longer than anticipated but Lil Durk and Tee Grizzley have finally released their Bloodas mixtape. The Detroit meets Chicago collaboration was originally scheduled to drop on Thanksgiving but got pushed to a December release.
Durk and Grizzley’s first collaborative project together includes 12 tracks with no guest contributors. The duo enlists production from Chopsquad DJ, Jamz, DY, Tre Pounds, ATL Jacob and Fuse, among others.

Lil Durk and Tee Grizzley’s search for a mixtape title is over. After seeking ideas for their collaborative project from fans, the duo announced Bloodas as the title and unveiled the cover art for the release.
The Midwest-repping rappers were originally planning to drop their collaboration on Thanksgiving (November 23) but their idea didn’t come to fruition. No tracklist has been revealed so far even though the project is due out on Friday (December 8).
Last week, Durk and Grizzley dropped the tape’s first single, “What Yo City Like?”

Lil Durk and Tee Grizzley are prepared to supply fans with some music to enjoy with their turkey on Thanksgiving. The Midwestern rappers have announced a collaborative mixtape due out on Thanksgiving Day (November 23). The project is currently untitled and both men are asking fans to help them name it.

“Help us get a name for our tape we dropping thanks giving @tee_grizzley,” Durk wrote on Instagram.
“Tryna come up wit a name for our tape what y’all think we should call it?” Grizzley added via his own Instagram post. “We dropping thanksgiving.”
The mixtape comes on the heels of Durk’s Signed To The Streets 2.5 project, which dropped last week. Grizzley has been relatively quiet since his debut, My Moment, arrived earlier this year, but he does have a song with Jeezy titled “Cold Summer” on the way.
