Desiigner is a free man as he was released from jail today (September 10) without bail after his arraignment, the New York Daily News reports.
The 19-year-old rapper, born Sidney Royel Selby is facing misdemeanor drug possession and menacing charges after he and four other people were arrested Thursday after a road rage incident. A felony gun possession charge was dropped.
“There’s nothing here. There’s nothing recovered,” Adam Konta, Desiigner’s lawyer, said during the court hearing. “There really is nothing here.”
