Jas Prince has dismissed his lawsuit against Cash Money and plans on refiling in New York, TMZ reports.

The original case was filed in February in Florida. Prince was asking for $11 million in royalties for his work with Drake. It was reported that the two parties reached an agreement, but the site says that no settlement has been made.

Prince said that he brought Drake to Cash Money through his Aspire Music Group, but has not been properly compensated for his work.

He sued Aspire in 2012 for not paying him according to a settlement reached when he left the company.
