Javier Nuno is suing Bryan “Birdman” Williams for not paying him for work that consisted of more than 70 hours a week for two and a half years, The Jasmine Brand reports.
Nuno says he worked out of the Cash Money Records CEO’s house in Florida from September 2012 to February 2015 and that the agreed upon compensation for the work was a $1,000 per week given in the form of a monthly $4,000 payment.
Nuno says he is owed $129,000 for his regular schedule of 40 hours per week and an additional $48,375 in overtime pay. He is also seeking damages, totaling a lawsuit seeking $354,750.
Birdman is also facing a $200,000 lawsuit from DVLP, who says he was not paid for his production work with Lil Wayne and other Cash Money artists.
