The Los Angeles Lakers have one of the worst records in the NBA this season. They’ve posted an 8-19 record thus far and they’re on a three-game losing streak.
One rapper believes he can change this.
During a spot interview with TMZ, Master P spoke on the Lakers‘ recent regular season woes.
“They need me to come back,” he says, as he exits an airport. “Kobe needs somebody to put him in place.”

P’s short stint in the league involved try-outs with the Dallas Mavericks and the Charlotte Hornets, plus preseason game time with the Toronto Raptors.
He never played in a regular season NBA game.
“I played against Kobe, he knows what’s up,” P joked. “He just needs somebody real out there with him.”
Earlier this month, Kobe verbally abused his teammates in a heated 5-on-5 scrimmage that went viral. The 19-year veteran called his peers “soft” and attempted to make the workout “uncomfortable” for them.
