Diddy is facing three additional lawsuitsagainst him for sexual assault, two of them filed by women who claim to have been victimized at Donald Trump’s Manhattan hotel.
Both women claim to have been active participants in the New York City Hip Hop scene of the 1980s and ’90s, and they are both represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed numerous suits against the Bad Boy mogul.

One of the women mentions two separate incidents: one where she was “forced to participate in group sexual activity” with Diddy and others sometime in the 1990s at an NYC bar; and a second incident that began at the nightclub Limelight, and later moved to Trump’s hotel, where the woman says she was “physically and sexually assaulted” by one of Diddy’s security guards while he watched.
She goes on to say that later in the evening, she and a friend were forced to take drugs and engage in group sex.

The second plaintiff describes what appears to be the same Limelight/Trump hotel incident. She additionally mentions a party in 1997 where she claims she was drugged and then “sexually assaulted and vaginally raped by Combs’ associates, at Combs’ direction, while Combs was present.”
Combs’ legal team responded to HipHopDX‘s request for comment with a statement on their client’s behalf.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” it reads. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
The male alleged victim filed suit in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday (February 4).

He is described in the suit, viewed by HipHopDX, as a Las Vegas-based adult entertainer “who aspired to become a musician.”
The man says that Diddy made “fraudulent promises of a career in the music industry,” but instead “subjected Plaintiff to a relentless pattern of drugging, sexual assaults, death threats, clandestine recording, blackmail and psychological manipulation.”

He claims in the suit that after being hired by Diddy to perform a “dancing and stripping” show, the mogul asked him to apply baby oil to his body. After doing so, the suit continues, the man became “unusually sleepy, disoriented, confused, exhausted, drowsy, weak, confused, sluggish, numb and alarmed by the sensation of being trapped in his own body.”
While in that state, he says he was coerced into engaging in acts he hadn’t agreed to, including “masturbating while Combs and the woman [he was with] engaged in sexual intercourse.”

After that, the complaint alleges, Diddy strung the man along with promises of money and music success, but continued to engage him in strip shows and drug him via baby oil — at which point Diddy would, the man alleges, force him to engage in sexual activity.
“On more than one occasion after awakening, Plaintiff discovered that semen was seeping out of his anus,” the suit continues. “Plaintiff believed that Combs had raped him, as Combs was the only other male present on those occasions.”

At those times, he alleges, Combs paid him additional money.
The new suits come on the heels of a different suit against Diddy, revealed earlier this week.

In the suit, also filed by Buzbee, the embattled mogul is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a male rapper and singer in 2015, according to Variety.
The man, who is referred to in the lawsuit as John Doe, claims that he was scheduled to be the opening act for a popular artist at a number of Los Angeles nightclubs.

Before one concert, Doe says he was told that Diddy would be in attendance and he could land a deal with Bad Boy Records if he performed well.
The aspiring musician claims that he later attended an afterparty where he witnessed other famous entertainers taking drugs. While there, he was handed a drink by one of Puffy’s associates and soon realized that he had been drugged, according to the suit.
Doe then alleges that as he began drifting in and out of consciousness, he witnessed Diddy engage in group sex with people he describes as “drugged, unconscious, or as if they were paid escorts.”
The Harlem-bred hitmaker is alleged to have goped the man while he was unconscious and even performed oral sex on him.

Doe says he tried to fight off Diddy but was told he needed to comply if he wanted to succeed in the music business.
Puffy then allegedly ordered Doe to have sex with another woman, but he made up an excuse and escaped to the parking lot.
