Dogg Pound rapper Daz Dillinger has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Death Row Records and label head Suge Knight last Wednesday. The rapper claims the label intentionally and negligently misrepresented him. He is also suing for unjust enrichment, declaratory relief, demand for accounting and constructive trust. Dillinger alleges that Suge exploited him, collecting millions in royalties and violated agreements all the while. Daz is seeking more than $2 million. Meanwhile Tha Dogg Pound’s latest album, “2002,” featuring Daz and Kurupt, on Death Row, hit shelves last week.
