Iggy Azalea has filed a lawsuit against Jefe Wine, the man who recently said he recorded a sex tape with the rapper, according to TMZ.
Azalea says Wine downloaded content from her computer in 2009 while the pair lived together in Atlanta, Georgia. According to Azalea, Wine stole unreleased master recordings of her music at the time.
Wine has said he would release Iggy Azalea content soon, however, Iggy says Wine is using or converting stolen data to create new releases.
Azalea also accuses Wine of forgery. Wine has said he has a contract signed by Iggy that allows him to have exclusive rights to her work.
The lawsuit does not mention the alleged sex tape. Wine has said he could release the tape, but Azalea has denied such video exists.
