It has been nearly 10 years since Detroit-based rap group D12 released their last studio album, D12 World, and since that time numerous updates have been made in regards to the status of the group. While speaking exclusively with HipHopDX in 2012, D12 rapper Bizarre revealed that he was no longer a part of the group due to “creative differences.”
Nearly two years after his interview with HipHopDX, Bizarre says the group is still together and D12 will forever be attached to his name. The Detroit emcee revealed the news while speaking with Peter Czymbor of WXBR and also confirmed that a new D12 project is slated for release some time this year.
“Yeah, the group is still together,” Bizarre said. “D12 is always gonna be attached to my name. I’m a founding member of D12. It’s not a game. It’s something that’s a life commitment. And we are definitely in the process of talking about a new album. Getting the guys all together…It’s coming soon. It’ll definitely be a new D12 album coming.”
In addition to reuniting with those in D12, Bizarre is also at work on his own music. Just last month he released “Pray For Me,” a song that touches on his addiction to prescription pills and is based on his own experiences.
“Just a real life experiences,” he said. “The song is called ‘Pray For Me.’ Just to let everybody know it’s a real thing, man. It can start off as a real thing. You know, just popping two or three pills a day. Or you might pop ‘em for a backache or just to have fun. And then after a while you look around and you addicted to a drug or you need it. You know what I’m saying? It’s just not as easy as people think it is to just leave it alone and get off of it. It’s just a real life experience that I wanted to share with people. Cause I know everybody think Bizarre is always the funny guy.”
Similar to Bizarre, Eminem also once battled with drug addiction. According to Bizarre, Em served as an inspiration in his decision to become sober.
“That’s still the homeboy. I saw him in the studio a couple of weeks ago,” the rapper said. “Marshall is one-hundred percent sober. He really believes in it. Takes it very, very, very seriously. That’s why I made that reference in the song, ‘Marshall quit, why can’t I/In two weeks I’mma give it a try.’ I basically was saying he’s my motivation. To see where he was at with it and for him to make a change with his life and do something different it’s an inspiration towards me.”

That’s wassup man, Bizarre seemed like he’s been fucked up since the last D12 album, really looking forward to their next album if Em and Mr. Porter make a return.
now thats he sober, hes gonna get the weed leaf lasered off his face?
or that nicki minaj portrait,… thats him right?
Eminem made his best music not sober or in his right mind. Bizarre should be able to hang.
or that nicki minaj tattoo… that was him right?
He also made his worst music on drugs (Encore).

Say mayne, it’s always got’s to be a hater. You don’t know me bruh. What ya worried about grown business for? Mind ya manners ya dig?
Stop acting black. We all know you’re a white guy who’s acting black just to fit in.

D12 For Life 🙂
Good for you Bizarre, I’m a recovering addict as well. Don’t pay attention to the fuck heads who post on this site either, for every 50 immature, piece of shit who feels compelled to try and bring someone down with a keyboard, there’s 1 person who is inspired by someone trying to turn they life around into something positive.
I second that. Good for the dude.
Too bad Slim couldnt inspire this lame fuck to spit real bars or write good lyrics
There weren’t ever really any updates, just vague mentions of Kon Artis (Mr. Porter) and Bizarre leaving. Ain’t no one ever speak on it or go into detail. Em sure as hell never spoke on it. This is a multi-platinum selling group so it was tacky to just leave it at that. I thought their “Return of the Dozen” mixtape was weak as fuck. Em’s too central to the group for him to sit on the sidelines. I think these guys need each other and I’d love to see which direction they’d take production-wise and lyrically/artistically if it comes to fruition.
If anyone here hasn’t heard his song called ‘IDWMD’, i recommend you do. Definitely an interesting track…
my friend’s mom makes $83 an hour on the laptop . She has been fired from work for five months but last month her income was $15293 just working on the laptop for a few hours. This Site>>

One thing I have to say. You’re an ignorant racist, and obviously don’t know anything. Its these black rappers like Lil Wayne, etc. who make this wack Auto-Tune garbage themselves. Don’t blame White people, because the majority of blacks are unable to evolve.
