On his fifth solo album, God Forgives, I Don’t, Rick Ross named a song “Presidential.” The Elijiah Blake-featured effort was inspired by the model of Rolex watch. A new lawsuit alleges today that the Miami, Florida-based rapper recently purchased three other models of the Swiss luxury watch, but allegedly failed to pay the bill.

TMZ.com reports that Johnny’s Custom Jewelry in Houston, Texas, which is reportedly owned by Johnny “TV Johnny” Dang, is suing Ross to the tune of approximately $90,000 for failing to pay for three custom watches. Collectively, the three items have over 42 karats of diamonds. The items were ordered and received last year, but not paid for.

Dang is also partner with Houston, Texas emcee Paul Wall in a custom grill company, Grills By Paul Wall. TMZ has also posted a receipt of Ross’ order.
