Def Jam Records superstar missed her second straight show on the Diamonds World Tour yesterday (March 12) due to illness. The Barbadian vet was expected to perform in Baltimore, Maryland yesterday, following a missed Sunday (March 10) event in Boston, Massachusetts. According to Billboard, the singer is suffering from Flu and Laryngitis.
According to The Associated Press, Live Nation asked fans to retain their tickets for a rescheduled date, and announced RiRi was “still recovering” in a statement. She is expected to perform in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Thursday (March 14).
Rihanna is currently promoting her seventh album, Unapologetic. The effort features the single “Diamonds” which spawned the tour title.
