It looks like DMX has a new verbal sparring partner in Onyx alum Fredro Starr. The South Jamaica, Queens emcee took to YouTube today to release a new video freestyle in which he puts X on blast.
In the 16th episode of his “16 Bars with Firestarr,” Fredro took aim at his former “Shut ‘Em Down” partner in a recent freestyle. Although details are fuzzy as to why the two emcees are feuding, Fredro indicates that his harsh words are in response to an apparent attack from the Ruff Ryder rapper.
“This nigga X talking shit right, if he ever try it again/He be a front of the firing pen/If his crew front, there be a lot of dying men/At the funeral, family and crying friends,” he raps. “Let’s get back to the money, we go together like tire and rims/You wanna ball? We can go as high as the rim/So much weed smoke, time to call the firemen.”
