The 3rd Annual “Tupac One Nation Youth Conference: Until the End of Time” will take place on June 16th at Oakland Tech High School in Oakland, California. This year’s conference is named after Tupac Shakur’s new posthumous album, Until the End of Time.
The seminar will feature area activists, including former Black Panther Angela Davis, along with artists heading up workshops dealing with Shakur’s life as well as community issues.
The Tupac One Nation Committee, whose aim is to highlight the depth of Shakur’s lyrics, puts the conference together. Last year’s conference featured Digital Underground (the group with whom Tupac started) member Money B, among other guests.
Until the End of Time debuted number one on SoundScan when it was released on March 27th, selling an amazing 426,000 copies.
