Suge Knight maybe set to go back to court again. Launch.com reported a California subsidiary of Clear Channel media, has not been allowed to remove a billboard that is posted on top of Tha Row’s Wilshire Boulevard offices. The suit claims that after Knight and Clear Channel could not reach viable terms for a new lease, Clear Channel states they were stopped from taking down the Crooked I billboard. (The Crooked I billboard is also was also posted on the website as a cartoon character sitting on the toilet).
After allegedly receiving “ridicule and contempt”, Clear Channel filed the lawsuit on September 10th. In the suit Clear Channel accuses Suge Knight and Tha Row of intentional interference with business, fraud and unfair business practices. Mediation will be set up for early next year. No word has been issued from Suge Knight or Tha Row yet. In other news, Suge Knight has said that he will release an album by Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes known on Tha Row as N.I.N.A.
