Diddy‘s son, Justin Combs, has reportedly been blacklisted from renting mansions in the Los Angeles area over his reputation for throwing parties that get out of hand.

The New York Post reports that the 30-year-old used to regularly rent mansions for the purpose of having parties, but according to one realtor, hundreds of people would show up.

“The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house,” the realtor told the outlet.

“It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no.”

Responding to the report, Justin’s lawyer said in a statement: “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason — he did nothing wrong.”

There is no suggestion to believe that Justin Combs’ difficulty renting property is in anyway connected to his father being charged with multiple sex crimes, most of which revolve around his alleged “freak off” parties.

Diddy was recently refused bail for the third time and will remain behind bars until his trial begins next May.

Judge Arun Subramanian issued his decision on Wednesday (November 27), citing a variety of factors including the mogul’s violations of prison rules around communications and “misrepresentations” he made to the judge at a recent hearing concerning material recovered during a sweep of his jail cell.

The judge also said that Diddy being free would present “a serious risk of witness tampering,” pointing to his communications with an escort who prosecutors say participated in multiple “freak offs.”

The Bad Boy boss allegedly sent text messages to the witness repeatedly, even on the day he was giving grand jury testimony — some of which he deleted. His lawyers previously denied that their client had interfered at all in the grand jury process.

The judge also referred to Diddy’s history of violence, including his 2016 assault of Cassie which was captured by security cameras and later leaked to the media.
