Rapper T.I. has been summoned to appear before a federal judge in Atlanta in order to explain why he shouldn’t head back to prison as the result of his recent arrest.

According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. signed the summons to bring T.I. Pannel was the same judge that sentenced T.I. for firearms violations.

T.I. faces three violations of his probation: testing positive for opiates, possession of ecstasy, and associating with a convicted felon.
