Prosecutors on Tuesday (September 7) dropper all but one charge against Foxy Brown, providing the first legal victory for the rapper in some time.
“I always knew I was innocent. And this is all about jealousy,” said Brown outside of the court room.
“The DA failed to indict her on all felony counts and three misdemeanors,” explained Brown’s lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo. “They’re going after the big fish.”
The sole remaining charge is criminal contempt. If convicted, Foxy faces community service.
