Future Scores Another #1 With “EVOL”
Future scores another #1 album with the release of EVOL. The project tops the charts with 133,639 album equivalent unit sales. The album, which debuted on DJ Khaled’s “We The Best Radio” and was released directly to Apple Music, was streamed more than 26 million times. This follows the success of Dirty Sprite 2 and What a Time to Be Alive, a collaborative album with Drake, to give Future three #1 albums in the span of a year.
Wiz Khalifa Debuts In Top 10
Wiz Khalifa debuts in the Top 10 of the chart with KHALIFA. The album, which lands at #6, sold 64,038 album equivalent units and was streamed nearly 20 million times. This is the Pittsburgh rapper’s lowest debut for an LP. His 2014 output, Blacc Hollywood opened at #1 and O.N.I.F.C and Rolling Papers both charted at #2.
Young Thug’s “I’m Up” Mixtape Charts
Young Thug’s I’m Up mixtape charts at #22. The project is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL, and purchase on iTunes, but was also released for free at DatPiff. The Atlanta rapper’s Barter 6 also debuted at #22 upon its release in April.
