Watch 1st Clip Of Gucci Mane & Keyshia Ka’oir’s Reality Show “The Mane Event”

Ahead of the couple’s October 17 nuptials, Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir have shared a clip of their upcoming reality show on BET. Titled The Mane Event, each episode will center around their wedding day and culminates with the “mane event,” which is being held at The Four Seasons in Miami, Florida.

Judging by the clip, The Mane Event includes a behind-the-scenes look at a day in the life of the high profile couple, including his proposal at an Atlanta Hawks game and Ka’oir shopping for wedding dresses.

“I met Gucci on set,” Ka’oir explains in the clip. “He charmed me with the way he treated me. I saw something in him that no one did. He proposed and I said yes. My wedding will be over-the-top fabulous. Think of royalty, love. It will be a diamond-flooded wedding for both of us.”

The couple reportedly spent $50,000 on wedding invitations and also celebrated the East Atlanta Santa’s early release from probation.

The Mane Event premieres on October 17.

Six months after Gucci Mane’s May 2016 release from prison, he proposed to longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir during an Atlanta Hawks game. As the couple begins to make their wedding plans, they’ve possibly already picked the venue — the set of a reality television show.

Guwop’s better half took to Instagram on Monday (June 5) to officially announce they’ve been given their own reality show on BET. During her announcement, she suggests they might be tying the knot on one of the episodes as well.

“Hey guys, I want to officially share with you that Gucci and I are a part of BET,” she said. “Yes, the Wopsters are coming to BET, so get your TV ready because our wedding will be epic, baby. That’s right. The Wopsters are here.”

The post was captioned with: “Y’all ready for our wedding on @bet tho 10/17/17 @KeyshiaKaoir,” pointing to October 17, 2017 as the date of their nuptials. So far a premiere date for the show hasn’t been announced.

The series is executive produced by Carlos King for Kingdom Reign Entertainment, David George and Jordanna Hochman for iTV American with Oji Singletary acting as the showrunner, according to Billboard.

LaFlare, of course, just dropped his latest project, DropTopWop, and is working on an autobiography, while his fianceé is CEO of her own waist-trainer company, Ka’Oir Fitness.
