Curren$y and Statik Selektah have joined forces for a collaborative album titled Gran Turismo. The LP serves as a follow-up to Spitta’s Umbrella Symphony EP with LNDN DRGS and Statik’s TrillStatik project with Bun B.
The 10-track album features Jadakiss, YBN Cordae, Wiz Khalifa, Jim Jones, Termanology and Haile Supreme. All production is handled by Statik.

Curren$y, who’s fresh off the release of an EP with LNDN DRGS, is teaming up with Statik Selektah for an album titled Gran Turismo. The duo is scheduled to drop their collaborative project on Friday (May 17).
Spitta and Statik unveiled the upcoming LP’s tracklist and features on Wednesday (May 15). Guests include Jadakiss, Wiz Khalifa, Jim Jones, YBN Cordae, Termanology and Haile Supreme.

Last year it was Apollo, and this year it’s statik with the insane output. These underground legends are killing it!
There aren’t many rappers with more consistent content than Curren$y!
Easy to be consistent when you don’t try to do anything different.
Currensy stays consistent, cool, and relevant. These wack rappers need to take note.

I swear if Curren$y does a full album with 9th Dumpster beats next, I’m officially done with him. One album with Racist Alan was bad enough, then he does two more with him and now one with Dry Statik. Get back with Monsta Beatz and Ski Beatz already, you’re losing me.
I’m sure Currensy will be gutted if you stop listening to him. Can you give us a full list of all the producers it’s ok for rappers to make records with so no one else makes the same mistake.
