Casey Veggies took to Instagram today (July 20) to post the cover art for Live & Grow.
The art shows four people on a street in progression from a child to a man.
The cover is reflective of a common illustration for the evolution of man.
It is also reminiscent of The Beatles’ cover for Abbey Road, which shows the four members walking across a street.
Live & Grow will be available for pre-order August 7, which was the previously reported release date. The new release date is scheduled for September 25.

Suck the sauce out girl
@hiphopdx the picture is NOT based on the beatles it is based on a picture of the evolution of man.
or in this case the evolution of Casey Veggies.
I hope shit will be like: life changes! that shit was dope!
Nope! Life Changes was super dope. I even ordered the CD, but it arrived in 3 pieces. Tried to get another copy but was out of print. As a matter of fact, they still owe me a refund. At any rate, It’s almost like Casey regressed in freshness. The first track, “I am King” is reminiscent of “Life Changes” but its Pop Hop from there. Damn Casey, the love of money is the root of all wackness. I guess he wanted a different audience and started making music to support that. I’ll try to give it another listen, but doubt it will get much better. He’ll always have “Life Changes” under his belt at least.
