Yuna is back!

The Malaysian singer-songwriter premiered the visual for her latest single, “Fool 4 U” on September 3. The ’90s-inspired music video was directed by filmmaker and Yuna’s husband, Adam Sinclair.

Yuna took to Instagram to share how much she “loves” the Itai Shapiro and Pierre Jameson-produced R&B and neo-soul track, which she shared was shot in her native country of Malaysia. “It’s so moody so cozy and so 90’s. I recommend you listen to this EP while you’re going on a night drive,” she wrote.

“Fool 4 U” is off her newly released Y4 EP, the fourth of five releases she announced in March this year. The “Lullabies” singer shared that her 5th album is her first to release as an independent artist in a decade. The first installment (Y1) arrived in March, with the second (Y2) in May, the third (Y3) in July, and the most recent, Y4, on September 2. Each release has three tracks, except for Y1, which has four.

She wrote in the announcement that she decided to drop the release in five parts in order for “my fans to be able to take their time and listen – and connect to every single song, before the next one comes. This has always been something I’ve always wanted to do, and this way you guys will feel closer to me and my music.” The last one, Y5, “will tie everything together.”
