South Korean rapper Loopy reflects on honesty and sacrifice in his latest single, “LIE,” featuring Atlanta rapper 24hrs. The track is part of his string of new releases this year, including “Lost City.”
On “LIE,” Loopy reminisces on a failed relationship despite the dishonesty and betrayal, expressing his longing while blaming himself (“I know what’s wrong / I’m a letdown”).
Yesterday (August 26), he released a 21-second video of himself and 24hrs listening to a preview of the track.
The new single was co-written by Loopy, 24hrs, and Cheetoboii. Dayrick produced the track with additional viola and violin by Tunnelno5.
