HipHopDX Premiere: To coincide with his forthcoming album, Flamingos and Finches, Houston, Texas transplant Billyracxx has shared a 20-minute immersive experience that brilliantly showcases the Florida native’s undying work ethic and what personally drives him. The artistically shot visual follows the young artist’s last release, Billy Ocean Two, and comes with a seriously disturbing twist at the end, making it well worth the time invested to watch it. Directed by Billy and Dak.TA, the video is dark and twisted at times, but inspiring and uplifting as well.

Flamingos and Finches is expected to arrive sometime after the Super Bowl (February 5). The 14-track effort features OG Maco and Greg Money, and introduces the world to an undeniably talented artist. Trae Tha Truth, for one, is anticipating what Billy will do this year.

“Billy is definitely a unique addition to the Houston music scene,” Trae tells HipHopDX. “I think it’s a good look for the younger side of Houston. This movie shows creativeness without limits. As a big homie to tha city, I salute him. Congrats and keep pushing.”
