In a new short film from Def Jam Recordings, I Am Def Jam, 19-year-old G.O.O.D. Music rapper Desiigner visits his parents in Brooklyn and reflects on the often harsh community he grew up in. In the film, he talks about getting into trouble as a kid and shares his perspective on making music, and trying to help out the community as well.
The Brooklyn native has had an impactful year with his smash single “Panda” and the follow-up success of “Timmy Turner.” While he may have found himself in hot water recently, it’s seemingly nothing he can’t overcome.
